🏡 3-Bedroom House for Short-Term Rent – New Brighton, Christchurch

We have a lovely 3-bedroom home available from 20 January to 15 April 2027, and we’re ideally looking for mature & reliable people who’ll treat the place with care and enjoy a summer near the beach. 🌞🏖️

📍 Just a 3-minute drive to New Brighton Beach, a 5-minute walk to Rawhiti Domain, parks and the golf course, and only 3 minutes to the river walk.

💰 $450 per week + expenses

We’re flexible and happy to consider shorter stays (around 2 months) for the right people.

All we ask is that you look after the house, water the newly established garden every couple of days, and leave everything in good shape. References will be required.
