We are looking for a guy to fill our available room in our 4-bedroom flat. We are 3 guys in our mid 20's to early 30's – Daniel (studying a PhD in engineering), Sparsh (working in carer support), and Shane (working in auditing), and attend various churches across Central and West Auckland. We have quite varying schedules, so we're intentional about finding time to hang out when we can, and we enjoy good-natured banter.

The available room is large with an ensuite and a walk-in wardrobe. The house has double glazing throughout and an HRV system, and is located within easy reach of the New Lynn train station and bus routes into the central city. It is close to LynnMall, Mt Albert Pak'n'save, and multiple Woolworths and New World supermarkets. It is also close to the Waitakere Ranges.
