Come and join us in the best suburb in Tauranga! 

Warm, sunny, and quiet 3 bedroom house that backs onto a reserve (So minimal neighbour noise).  It's a bit of an oasis! :)

5 minutes walk from the water, 10 minute drive into town, 15 minute drive to the Mount. 

Currently two flatmates (male and female) living here - needing a third to join us. Preferably someone in their late twenties - mid thirties. We're very chill and enjoy good conversation and a laugh but also pretty busy throughout the week. 

Everything's here, you'll just need your own bed and furniture for the room.
