A large room is avaliable in a warm sunny Centrally located flat! The house is 3 bedrooms with open plan kitchen and living. 3 offstreet parks, a deck that gets full sun and close to main cycle ways and roads, so only a short drive or cycle to work/ study!

Open to short term or long term.

The room has a built in wadrobe and is a large queen sized room. The room is double glazed.

The house is also fully insulated and has a brand new heat pump in the lounge! 

A little bit about the flatmates:

We are both females in our twenties, and attend local churches. In our spare time we love to hang out with friends/ have friends over, play board games, plates, sew/ other crafts, get outdoors, hike, and volunteer as a leader at our Youth Group.

We are keen to find an awesome flatmate also in their 20s- early 30s to join us who would be interested in creating a warm and comfortable place to call home!
